Remedial Massage
For the tension you've been carrying too long. Shoulders, lower back, head, neck, jaw. Standard remedial, deep tissue, and sports recovery — adapted to what your body's actually doing.
See remedial massageA small, deliberate menu. Three forms of bodywork we're known for, and a handful of supporting treatments that round out the work. No upselling, no fluff — just what we do well.
These are our core treatments — the ones we focus on, train deeply for, and that bring most people to our table.

A slower, softer kind of bodywork. For swelling, bloat, post-surgical recovery, and the days you feel heavy or stuck. Standard MLD and Brazilian lymphatic, both available.

A space to be looked after through every stage. Trimester-safe positioning, warm hands, unhurried time. Pregnancy massage from 12 weeks; postnatal recovery from 2 weeks.
See pregnancy & postnatalSome bodies want unwinding more than rehabilitation. Some sessions are about a specific area — feet, scalp, fascia. The treatments below sit alongside the core pillars, available as standalone sessions or as part of a longer visit.
Each can be booked as its own session, or built into a longer treatment. Your therapist can advise on the best path when you book.
The slow, unwinding session. Smooth strokes, even pressure, no specific issue to chase — just an hour where your nervous system is allowed to slow all the way down. Sometimes the most therapeutic thing on the menu.
See relaxation workPressure-point work on the feet, based on the principle that specific zones map to systems throughout the body. Deeply relaxing in its own right, and often felt well beyond the feet themselves.
See foot reflexologyGlass or silicone cups create gentle suction over the muscles — releasing fascia, increasing circulation, and easing tension that hands alone don't quite reach. Often combined with remedial work in the same session.
See cuppingSmooth, warm volcanic stones used as extensions of the therapist's hands — and placed along key points of the body to ease tension at depth. The treatment we're literally named for.
See volcanic stoneFine needles inserted into specific trigger points to release stubborn muscle tension. More targeted than acupuncture, often used alongside remedial work for issues that haven't shifted with hands-on technique alone.
See dry needlingA considered facial treatment — proper time for the skin, with massage of the face, neck and décolletage. Not a quick add-on, not a hard sell — just an hour of care for the part of you that meets the world first.
See facialsThese can be added to any session at the time of your appointment. Your therapist will often suggest one if it complements what your body needs that day — or you can request one when you book.
Each enhancement adds $20 to your session price.
