Frequently Asked Questions

Which treatment should I choose?

Choosing the best treatment can be overwhelming sometimes. If you are looking for a harder massage, deep tissue is your best option. If you're looking for pain management, Remedial massage is the one to go to. On the relaxing part of things, we have Swedish or Hot Stones Massage. Both treatments are excellent for relaxing the nervous system and forgetting life problems for a while.

If you are unsure which treatment you should book, talk to your therapist before the treatment starts. They will be able to recommend the best option for you.

What to consider when choosing a treatment?

Asking yourself a few questions before choosing can be beneficial. Questions such as: ‘Do I have pain somewhere?; Do I have any movement restrictions?; Am I stressed?; How long can I allow for the treatment?; Do I have any contraindications?; can help define what sort of treatment to get.

The answer to those questions can change every day, week, or month. Your body is not the same all the time, so your treatment shouldn't be either.
